I love September because it feels like it’s a new beginning. I suppose it goes back to my school days when the day after labor day we would all be so excited to pile into school and begin the new school year (I was one of those who always loved school). Everything would be so new – new school clothes, new school supplies, possibly even a new friend or two. And the most important part, a new chance for A’s. With the slate wiped clean each year anything was possible.
It’s a good time to access what’s possible for you. Therefore, September is a great time to assess your business. Where are you verses where you’d like to be. So I thought I’d include this simple 12 Question Assessment (previously only available to my clients). Just answer each question honestly (you’re the only one who knows your answers) and then create a game plan.
